摘　　要：Objective To investigate migration, survival, differentiation of neural stem cells （NSCs） in vivo and the functional recovery of injury spinal cord when co-transplanting NSCs and Schwann cells （SCs） in rat semitransected spinal cord. Methods NSCs labeled green fluorescence protein （GFP） and SCs were implanted into rat semi-transected spinal cord and their migration, survival, differentiation were investigated with immunofluorescene staining. Renewal myelination was reviewed with electron microscopy （EM）.
