摘　　要：加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作要体现人文关怀、心理疏导,以核心价值体系教育为核心,构建思想政治工作的载体,贯彻落实科学发展观。Humanistic care and psychological guidance should be realized in strengthening and improving the ideological and political education for university students. We are required to focus on the core value system education, construct the carrier of ideological and political work and carry out and implement the scientific development view.
