摘　　要：介绍了自主开发的直流大电机在线监测系统。该系统主要应用于硅钢生产线的工业现场,可对直流大电机运行状态进行监测。监测参数包括电流、电压、励磁电流、转速等电信号以及温度、湿度、压力等非电信号,并能利用电信号追踪大电机跳闸时刻的数据变化。实践表明,该系统对保证安全生产起到了良好的作用。A self-developed DC motor on-line monitoring system is introduced. The system is mainly used in industrial silicon steel production line at the scene which can monitor the motor running. Monitoring parameters include current, voltage, excitation current, speed and other signals as well as temperature, humidity, pressure and other non-electrical signal, and can take advantage of large generator tripping signal to track the data changes in time.
