完善我国价格听证会制度的新思路——建立职业听证主持人制度

摘　　要：价格听证会制度引入我国已二十余年，国内学术界对此进行了细致分析，但从目前研究成果来看，现有的价格听证会制度仍然没有找到解决现阶段价格听证会存在的诸如听证主持人地位不中立、信息不对称等问题的有效方法。本文通过引入三方博弈的模型，进而提出建立价格听证会主持人职业化的思路，希望能对我国的听证会制度发展提供有价值的参考。Price hearing, which has been introduced into our country almost twenty years, is being analyzed and explored not only in theoretical field but also in practice. However, from current research achievements, there is still no effective solution in present price hearing system to solve the existing problems such as unneutralunity of the hearing master and information asymmetry. Therefore, based on the sources of price hearing, by introducing three - side game model analysis, a new idea on establishing the professionalism of hearing masters is put forward in the paper.
