摘　　要：目的探讨团体心理咨询对脑卒中后抑郁患者心理及生活质量的影响。方法将58例脑卒中后抑郁患者随机分为观察组和对照组各29例,两组均予以药物治疗及常规护理,观察组在此基础上应用团体心理咨询治疗6周,采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、生活质量指数问卷(QLI)评价其效果。结果治疗6周后,两组HAMD、QLI评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论团体心理咨询在脑卒中后抑郁患者治疗护理中起重要作用,可显著改善患者的心理健康状况和生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of group counseling psychotherapy on Post-stroke Depression （PSD） patients＇ mental health and quality of life. Methods A total of 58 patients were equally randomized into an observation group and a control group. Both groups received drug therapy and conventional care, and the observation group were given extra counseling psychotherapy for 6 weeks. The change in depression was evaluated by HAMD, and quality of life by QLI. Results Six weeks after the treatment, HAMD scores and QLI scores in both groups had significant differences（P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Group counseling psycho- therapy has great effect on PSD patients, which can improve their psychological health and quality of life.
