摘 要:系统分析了表贴式永磁同步电动机磁钢结构参数对气隙磁密波形的影响。针对PMSM气隙磁密波形需综合具有足够大的基波幅值与足够小的正弦性畸变率的要求,利用表面相应模型对样本点需求量少的特点,建立了表面响应模型与多目标微粒群算法混合的全局优化算法,以获得极大的气隙磁密基波幅值与极小的气隙磁密波形正弦性畸变率,对磁钢结构参数进行多目标优化。仿真与实验对比优化前后电机的气隙磁密波形和反电势波形的结果,验证了优化结果的正确性,并验证了该多目标优化算法在磁钢结构参数优化中应用的可行性。The influence of configuration parameter of alnico in surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) on waveform of airgap flux density is systematically analyzed. In order to require both relative maximum of fundamental amplitude of airgap flux density and relative minimum of total harmonic distortion of airgap flux density of the waveform, the alnico' s configuration parameters are optimized using the response surface model and the multi-objective particle swarm optimization. The waveforms of the airgap flux density and the back EMF under the condition of non-optimized and optimized alnico are contrasted through FEA and experimentation respectively. The conclusion drawn from the contrast validates the correctness of the optimized results, and the feasibility of this algorithm to optimize the eonfiguration parameter of the alnico.
