摘　　要：目的：探讨甲状旁腺囊肿的临床特点和外科处理方法。方法：回顾近10年中发现的3例甲状旁腺囊肿，结合囊肿的大小、位置、临床症状、随诊情况，讨论其治疗方法。结果：3例均手术治疗结果满意，治愈率100％，随诊1～10年无异常。结论：手术切除对非功能性甲状旁腺囊肿的治疗较为理想，而病理学检查是最可靠的诊断方法。Objective： To evaluate the clinical character s and surgical management of the parathyroidcyst. Methods： Three cases of parathyroidcysts were retrospectively analyzedonthesize, location and symptom of the cyst and follow- up. Results：All of the three cases under went surgery with the curerate of 100 %. There was nothing abnormal from 1 to 10 years of follow - up. Conclusion： The main treatments for parathyroidcysts should be surgery and diagnosis is made by pathologic examination.
