糖尿病患者下肢动脉病变超声诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:糖尿病下肢动脉病变致残率很高,探讨彩超对糖尿病下肢动脉病变的诊断价值。方法:应用彩超对2007年我院住院106例确诊为糖尿病的患者,正常对照组52例,对下肢动脉管径、内中膜厚度(IMT)、斑块发生、管腔狭窄或闭塞、血流速度及血流量进行比较。结果:糖尿病患者下肢动脉硬化、斑块形成、狭窄闭塞、血流速度及血流量降低,较对照组明显增高。结论:彩色多普勒超声成像对糖尿病患者下肢动脉的诊断有重要临床价值。Objective： Lower extremity arterial lesion for diabetes patient is very high rate of mutilation, Color ultrasound diagnosis of the lower artery in patients with diabetes. Methods：Total of 106 cases diabetic patients who were hospitalized in our hospital during 2007 were given lower extremity color ultrasonic examination and 52 normal control , The diameter, internal membrane thickening,incidence of plaque, stenosis and occlusion , hemodynamic index were compared between the two groups . Results： The incidence of lower extremity arteriosclerosis,atherosclerotic plaque, arterial stenosis and obliteration, the maximal systolic velocity and blood volume of diabetes is apparently higher than that of control group. Conclusions： Color dopple flow imaging is an important clinical examination for diabetes patient＇s lower extremity arterial lesion.
