摘　　要：采用改良外剥内扎加消痔灵注射治疗环状混合痔120例，近期治愈率100％，住院时间13～16d。随访半年，均无肛门狭窄及肛门失禁，肛门功能正常。结果表明，该术式具有疗效高，疗程短，复发率低等优点。One hundred and twenty patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids underwent improved external dissection ＆ internal ligation plus Xiaozhiling injection, the short-term cure rate of which was 100 %;the average hospital stay was 13-16 days;there was no postoperative complication and sequelae;half- year follow-up showed no anal stricture and fecal incontinence, the anal function was normal in the dis- charged patients. These show that the procedure has such advantages as higher curative effects, shorter treatment course, lower recurrence rate, etc.
