环状混合痔术后水肿的预防

摘　　要：为探讨环状混合痔术后水肿彻底有效的预防方法，对60例环状混合痔患者行混合痔内注内扎外切术及皮桥整形治疗并进行临床观察，术后应用药物坐浴、抗生素、换药及肛门部理疗。结果显示，无1例发生术后肛缘水肿。结果表明，环状混合痔术后肛缘水肿是完全可以预防的。The objective of this study was to probe into how to prevent postoperative edema of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. Sixty patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids underwent the procedure of external dissection, internal injection and ligation, as well incision of skin bridge and suture, followed by postoperative sitz bath, antibiotic management, change of dressing and anal physical therapy. As results, all of the cases got cured without any edema. It is concluded that the anomarginal edema can be prevented completely.
