摘  要:目的 制备较为稳定的可复性机械性完全性肠梗阻模型。方法将30只大耳白兔,随机分为正常对照组10只、肠梗阻模型组20只。模型组动物自回盲部插入氟雷氏尿管手术处理后,测定体质量变化、死亡率、内毒素检测和生化指标,对小肠黏膜进行病理形态学观察。结果可复性机械性完全性肠梗阻模型72b死亡率为25%,生化指标ALT、LDH、内毒素水平明显升高(P〈0.05),小肠黏膜出现明显病理损害,影像学检查及解剖验证,符合机械性完全性肠梗阻标准。并且抽净水囊可解除梗阻。结论此方法能成功建立可复性机械性完全性肠梗阻模型。Objective To establish the relative steady controllable rabbit model of mechanical complete intestinal obstruction. Methods Thirty normal rabbits were randomly divided into two groups : the control group (10 rabbits), the intestinal obstruction model group (20 rabbits). In model group, Foley' s catheter was inserted into the ileum of ileocecus. The body weight, mortality, serum endotoxin, biochemical indicators were measured, and the morphology of organs was examined microscopically. Results The 72 h mortality in intestinal obstruction model group was 25%. The levels of serum endotoxin, ALT and LDH in intestinal obstruction model group were increased obviously (P 〈 0. 05 ). There were obviously pathological lesions in intestinal mucusa. The examinations of radiogrophy and anatomy confirmed the successful establishment of the controllable mechanical complete intestinal obstruction. The intestinal obstruction could be relieved by discharging the water from the sac. Conclusion The controllable mechanical complete intestinal obstruction animal model can be established successfully by the method.
