加味聚精食疗汤对少精、弱精症大鼠附睾中精子质量影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味聚精食疗汤对少精、弱精症大鼠附睾中精子质量改善的作用机理。方法:50只SD大鼠随机分为5组各10只,除正常组大鼠外,其余大鼠均予雷公藤多甙(GTW)灌胃造模,其中造模组10只,造模结束后立即处死,鱼鳔组予加味聚精食疗汤灌胃,五子组予五子衍宗片灌胃,对照组仅予正常饮食,不予任何药物。结果:造模组的精子密度、a级精子及精子总活率(即a+b+c级)与正常组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);鱼鳔组、五子组、对照组的精子密度、a级精子及精子总活率与正常组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。鱼鳔组、五子组的精子密度高于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);鱼鳔组的精子密度高于五子组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味聚精食疗汤能够较好的改善少精、弱精症大鼠附睾中的精子质量,提高临床疗效。Objective:To explore the improving mechaniam of Modified Jujing Diatotherapy Decoction(MJDD)on sperm quality in epididymis of rats with oligospermia and weak sperms. Methods:Fifty SD rats were equally randomised into 5 groups.Except the normal group,the rats in other groups received gastric infusion of triplerygium glycosides to induce oligospermia and weak sperms.MJDD group and Wuxi Yanxong Pill group received the corresponding medicine,and the model group received normal diet alone.Results:The sperm density,grade A sperm survival rate and the total sperm survival rate were higher in the model group than that in the normal group,the difference being aignificant(P<0.05).The aperm density,grade A sperm survival rate and the total sperm survival rate in MJDD group.Wuxi Yansong Pill group and the control group differed from those in the normal group(P<0.05).Sperm density in MJDD group and Wuzi Yanzong Pill group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and MJDD group had the higheat sperm density(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Jujing Diatotherapy Decoction exerta certain effect on improving sperm quality in epididymis of rats with oligospermia and weak sperms.
