摘 要:研究了一种高精度智能型砂水分测控系统。分析了电阻式水分传感器的工作原理,设计了一种灵敏度高、结构简单、适合在线检测的水分传感器。将传感器的电阻随水分含量变化的关系,转换成频率信号与水分含量变化关系的测量电路,使传感器可获得较宽的测量范围,同时还具有抗干扰能力强,利于远距离测量和信号传输的优点。该系统以单片机为控制核心,通过测量混砂前旧砂的含水量计算出所需加水量,根据电磁阀的流量,计算出加水时间,从而实现水分的精确控制。This paper presents a high-accuracy intelligent controlling system for molding sand moisture. The operating principle of resistance moisture sensor is analyzed, and a kind of moisture sensor with high sensitivity, simple structure and being suitable for on-line detecting is designed. A moisture measuring circuit that translates the relation between the variation of sensor's resistance and moisture into that of frequency and moisture is proposed, which make the sensor be capable of wide measurement range. What's more, the sensor also has the features of strong ability of anti-interference and adaptation to remote measuring. Using a SCM8051 as control kernel, this system can calculate the necessary amount of water to be added by measuring the moisture content of reclaimed sand before mixing, and calculate the time of added water based on the flow of solenoid valves, so the accurate controlling of the moisture amount can be achieved.
