摘　　要：造成硅溶胶精铸蜡件与铸件不稳定的关键因素是回收蜡成分不稳定。正常条件下,蜡成分不稳定对蜡件与铸件稳定性的影响比蜡料的氧化影响更大。介绍了全新模料JX001-3的应用效果,应用表明,JX001-3模料质量达到了国际水平,其复用性与混用性满足生产需求。Key influential factor of causing the dimensional instability of wax pattern and casting for investment casting is the instability of component of reclaimed wax. In normal conditions, the influence of the unstable component of wax on the stability of the wax pattern and casting is far more than its oxidation. The application effect of new pattern material JX001-3 was introduced, and result shows that its quality reaches the advanced level in the world. Its reusability and compatibility with other pattern materials can meet production requirement.
