摘　　要：以滨海新区某住宅区为例,介绍了一种新型的良性水循环模式。该住宅区以建设生态宜居住宅新区为目标,将景观水体、中水回用与雨水利用相结合,使景观水体兼具输水渠、储水池、防洪调蓄等功能,不仅可保证景观水体的良好水质,而且节约了维护成本及雨水、中水管网的建造费用,缓解了城市用水压力。A new-type good water circulation mode used in a residential area in Binhai New Area is introduced. Aimed at the construction of ecological and suitable residence, the residential area combines the landscape water and the reclaimed water reuse with rainwater utilization. The landscape water body concurrently has functions of delivery canal, water reservoir, flood control and excessive rainwater drainage , which can ensure good quality of reclaimed water and save maintenance cost and construction cost of rainwater and reclaimed water pipe networks. The pressure of water supply is relieved.
