摘  要:酸性含铝废水可采用中和法处理,但高浓度的铝离子却造成了废水沉淀困难,出水不能达标排放。采取厢式压滤机压滤、回流等改进措施后,铝离子浓度大幅降低,进而改善了沉淀效果,有效降低了出水悬浮物,出水水质达到了广东省《水污染物排放限值》(DB 44/26—2001)第二时段一级标准。The neutralization process can be used to treat acidic aluminum-containing wastewater. But due to high concentration of aluminum ions, it was difficult to precipitate the wastewater, and the effluent did not meet the standard. Therefore, some measures including chamber filter press filtration, reflux and so on were adopted. The concentration of aluminum ions was reduced, thus the precipitation effect was improved, and the suspended solids in the effluent were effectively reduced. The effluent quality achieves the first class criteria (the second period) of the Guangdong Province local standard Discharge Limits of Water Pollutants ( DB 44/26 - 2001 ).
