酪酸梭菌活菌散与蒙脱石散间隔应用治疗小儿病毒性肠炎疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察和评价酪酸梭菌活菌散与蒙脱石散间隔应用治疗小儿病毒性肠炎的临床疗效。【方法】将80例病毒性肠炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组40例，先冲服蒙脱石散，1．5～3．0g／次，3次／d，冲服蒙脱石散后2h再服用酪酸梭菌活菌散，0．5g／次，3次／d，疗程3～7d；对照组40例，单独应用蒙脱石散治疗，观察疗效和不良反应。【结果】观察组总有效率为100％，对照组总有效率为75％，差异有显著性（P〈0.01），观察组在第3d的大便次数减少和大便性状恢复正常时间均优于对照组（P〈0.01）。【结论】酪酸梭菌活菌散与蒙脱石散间隔应用治疗小儿病毒性肠炎疗效显著，且未见不良反应，值得临床推广应用。[Objective] To observe and evaluate the efficacy of Clostridium Butyricum Powder with Montmorillonite Powder at regular intervals in treatment of virus enteritis in infants. [Methods] Eighty infants with virus enteritis were randomly divided into two groups, 40 infants as observation group, another 40 infants as control group. Montmorillonite Powder was administered at doses of 1.5～3.0 g three times a day, and two hours afterwards Clostridium Butyricum Powder was administered at doses of 0.5 g three times a day, for three to seven days, in observation group. Montmorillonite Powder was only used in control group,clinical effect and untoward effect were observed. [Results] Effective rate in observation group（ 100% ） was more than that in control group（75% ） with statistical significance（P〈0.01）. Improvement in stool in observation group as compared to that in the control group was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Adverse reaction was not found. [Conclusion] Clostridium Butyricum Powder with Montmorillonite Powder at regular intervals is a safe and effective method in treating rotavirus enteritis of infants.
