摘  要:采用高效液相色谱法测定了葛枣猕猴桃叶中一种黄酮苷类成分——山奈酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖基-(1→3)-α-L-鼠李糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(黄酮苷A)的含量.用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶做填充剂,甲醇-1%乙酸(乙酸体积分数为0.1%)做流动相,检测波长为267nm.结果表明:线性范围为0.099~9.99μg;平均回收率为102.3%;相对标准偏差为1.5%.To establish a quantitative method for determination of one main flavonol glycoside[kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-galactopyranoside] in the leaves of Actinidia polygama(Sieb.et Zucc.) Miq.This method was performed on the Eclipse XDB-C18 column with a mobile phase of methanol-water and the detection wavelength was 267 nm.The linearity of this method was good in the range of 0.099~9.99 μg and the average recoveries of A was 102.3%,and the RSD was 1.5%.The method is accurate,reliable and reproducible for determination of A in the leaves of Actinidia polygama.
