公共图书馆实施知识管理的措施

摘　　要：贯彻落实科学发展观对公共图书馆来说,必须与时俱进,以人为本,着眼发展,创新理论,实现从传统管理模式向知识管理模式转变。要从八个方面采取措施:制定合适的知识管理战略;确立实施知识管理原则;实施管理内容创新;拓展新的管理职能;适当调整组织结构;实施人力资源管理;营造知识共享的图书馆文化,使公共图书馆的服务由原来的一般文献信息服务提升为知识增值服务。To carry out the Scientific Concept of Development for public library, we must taking human beings as a root, advancing with the times, paying attention to development and innovativing theory to realize the transition from traditional management methods to knowledge management methods. We should adopt the following eight measures to upgrade the function of public library services from traditional information services to knowledge value-added services, such as making rational knowledge management strategy, establishing the principles of knowledge management application, processing the innovation of content management, developing the new management function, adjusting rationally organization structure, implementing management of manpower source, establishing a knowledge-sharing library culture.
