摘 要:以固体废弃物烧结法赤泥为主要原料,添加了石英、滑石等添加剂,采用熔融法制备了装饰材料用微晶玻璃。测试了样品的密度、显微强度、弯曲强度、以及耐酸耐碱性。探讨了微晶玻璃的热处理工艺制度及晶核剂对核化、晶化的影响。采用TG-DTA、XRD、SEM等测试技术测试了样品的微观结构。结果表明利用熔融法制备赤泥微晶玻璃,可以显著提高赤泥的利用率,密度达2.78 g/cm3、显微硬度达694.5 Hv、弯曲强度达123.98 MPa、耐碱性为0.01%、耐酸性为0.82%。Glass-ceramics used for architecture decoration was made from solid wastes such as the red mud of sintered processes by the melting method. Some additives such as quartz, talc were used. The density, micro hardness, bending strength, the acid resistance and alkali resistance were measured. The heat treatment process and effects of the nucleation agent on the nucleation and crystallization were explored. The results show that the density is 2.78 g/cm^3 , the micro hardness is 694.5 Hv, the bending strength is 123.98 MPa, the acid resistance is 0.82 % and the alkali resistance is 0.01%. The microstructure of the glass-ceramics was tested by the advanced testing methods such as TG-DTA, XRD and SEM.
