摘 要:采用不同掺量的葡萄糖酸钠(0%、0.03%、0.05%、0.07%、0.1%、0.15%)配制了同一水灰比(0.35)条件下的水泥净浆,测定和分析了同一水灰比下不同掺量葡萄糖酸钠的水泥净浆的强度、凝结时间和电阻率发展的特性。结果表明:随着葡萄糖酸钠掺量的增加,缓凝作用逐渐增强,在电性能上表现为电阻率曲线逐渐后移;建立了电阻率时间对数曲线拐点和凝结时间的相关性。不同掺量的水泥净浆28 d强度主要是由水灰比来确定。Cement pastes were prepared with different contents of natrium gluconate (0%, 0.03 %, 0.05 %, 0.07%, 0.1%, 0.15 % ) with fixed water-cement ratio (0.35). The compressive strength and setting time as well as electrical resistivity development of the cement paste mixes were tested. The results show that the setting time is delayed gradually with the increase of natrium gluconate content, and the curves of electrical resistivity shifted to the right gradually. The correlation between the inflection point of curve of electrical resistivity and the setting time is established. The pastes strength at 28 d for different retarded contents are mainly determined by the water-cement ratio.
