摘　　要：目的:探讨金因肽治疗压疮的临床效果,总结护理措施。方法:选取2004年3月～2008年3月期间我院收治压疮患者46例,用随机数字表法将患者分为实验组和对照组各23例,实验组采用金因肽进行治疗,对照组接受常规治疗。比较两组治疗有效率及平均治愈时间。结果:治疗组在有效率和愈合时间上都明显优于对照组,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:金因肽能促进压疮患者创面的愈合,值得推广。Objective：To explore the therapeutic efficacy and nursing intervention of genetime in bed sore. Metheds：46 bedsores patients, between March 2004 and March 2008, were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into two groups according to numerical table. The control group received routine treatment, while the experimental group was treated with Genetime. The efficiency rate and treatment duration were compared between the two groups. Results：The effect rate and healing time of patients in observed group were better than that of patients in control group, and there were significant differences between two groups（P 〈 0.01 ） . Conclusion： Genetime could accelerate the curing of bed sore, therefore,it was highly recommended and popularized.
