摘　　要：图书在版编目(CIP)是实现编目工作标准化和文献信息工作现代化的重要措施。文章概述了美、德、俄罗斯等不同地域的国家CIP工作的现状,在此基础上,结合我国CIP工作的发展历程、现状及特点,分析了其中存在的问题及原因,提出了提高我国CIP质量及标准化和规范化程度的对策和建议。CIP is an important measure to realize the standardization of cataloging information and modemization of literature. This article provided an overview of CIP work in United States, G ermany, Russia and other countries, combined with our work of the CIP development process and characteristics, analyzed the existing problems and reasons, and put forward measures and recommendations to improve our quality of CIP and the standardization and its normalization.
