摘　　要：知识服务是新世纪图书馆服务的主流趋势,文章从知识服务的本质和特征出发,分析了高校图书馆知识服务的环境,并探讨了高校图书馆为顺应知识服务发展趋势应采取的对策。Knowledge service is the prevailing trend of library service in the new century. The article analyzed the conditions of knowledge service in university library, from the nature and characteristics of knowledge service and explored countermeasure for conforming to the trend of development of the knowledge service.
