摘　　要：文章论述了现阶段高校图书馆数字化参考咨询服务的特征、内容、实现形式、现状与发展等,提出开展好数字参考咨询服务工作,资源的组织具有十分重要的作用,作者认为高校图书馆数字化参考咨询服务的资源组织应包含信息资源组织和人力资源组织两大方面,并对如何进行两方面的资源组织进行了研究和探讨。This paper discussed the service characteristics, service contents, service modes, service status and developing trends of digital reference service in universities libraries. In order to provide good service, the librarian must pay more attention to how to organize the resource, including information organization and human resource organization, and how to carry out them.
