病案终末质量控制统计软件的开发应用

摘　　要：目的建立病案终末质量信息管理平台,使质量指标可测量化,使病案终末质控逐步走向标准化、规范化、系统化,以提高病案质控水平。方法采用模块化设计,在程序编写上,采用Power Builder8.0和SQL数据库。结果医院管理层和临床科室可及时掌握各项医疗质量指标,并针对存在的问题及时采取预防纠正措施。Objective This research project is dedicated to establish a medical record terminal quality control information management platform, to make indicators of quality measurable, so as to standardize and systematize the terminal quality control process of the medical record, and improve the quality control level of medical record. Methods this system was modular designed on structure. Power Builder8.0 and SQL databases were used in programming. Result After using the system, management and clinical departments can make the best of the medical quality indicators and take corrective measures to solve existed problems. Conclusion Development of statistical software on terminal quality control of medical records improve the management level of medical record quality control rapidly.
