摘　　要：文章首先简述了执行力的概念和目前我国医院执行力存在的问题,然后分析了绩效管理和执行力的关系,最后介绍了地坛医院如何以绩效管理促进执行力提升的实践。the paper introduced the conception of execution power and its problems in hospital. Then the paper analyzed the relationship between performance management and execution power. Finally, it discussed on how to improve the execution power through performance management in Ditan Hospital.
