摘  要:目的通过对煎药机不同条件煎煮砂仁的研究,优化选择中药煎药机制备汤剂中砂仁挥发油的提取条件,保证汤剂质量。方法本实验采用L9(3^4)正交试验法,以砂仁中的挥发油提取为考察指标,对汤剂中砂仁浸泡时间、煎煮时间、煎煮温度、煎煮压力4个因素进行比较分析。结果影响中药煎药机对汤剂中砂仁挥发油含量的主要因素为浸泡时间和煎煮时间,其次是煎煮温度和煎煮压力。结论用中药煎药机制备含砂仁挥发油的汤剂时的最佳条件是将砂仁浸泡20min,然后在正常大气压以及105℃下煎煮15min。此工艺为临床上煎、煮以挥发油为主要成分的药材提供参考。Objective Through study on the effect of the Chinese herb decocting machine in preparation decoction of volatile oil from Amomum villosum Lour in different conditions, to improve the condition to prepare decoction of volatile oil from Amomum villosum Lour and to improve the quality of decoction. Methods This experiment uses L9(3^4) orthogonal testing method to analyze the effect of the four factor, including the immersion time, the decoction time, the decoction temperature, the construction pressure, take the extraction of volatile oil as the inspection target. Results The most important factors are the immersion time, the decoction time, next is the decoction temperature and the decoction pressure. Conclusions The optimal condition to prepare decoction of volatile oil from Amomum villosum Lour is soaking 20 minutes, and then decocting 15 minutes in the normal atmospheric pressure 105 degree Celsius.
