摘　　要：目的探讨预防人工髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓的有效护理方法。方法针对下肢深静脉血栓形成的高危因素，采取相应的综合护理措施。结果本组28例高危患者均未发生下肢静脉血栓，治疗效果满意。结论细致有效的护理是预防下肢静脉血栓的关键，对提高患者的生活质量起着非常重要的作用。Objective Discussion on the prevention of total hip replacement after lower extremity venous thrombosis effective care. Methods For deep vein thrombosis risk factors, tare comprehensive measures to care. Results This group of 28 cases of high risk patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis did not occur, treatment satisfaction . Conclusions Meticulous care and effective prevention is the key to lower extremity venous thrombosis, To improve the qualit of life of patients plays an important role.
