摘 要:目的探讨用不同剂量钆喷替酸葡甲胺(Gd-DTPA)动态增强磁共振成像(MRI)评估先天性血管升压素缺乏鼠(BB鼠)肾功能的意义。方法对14只3周龄雄性BB幼鼠分别应用低剂量(0.05mmol/kg)和高剂量(0.5mmol/kg)Gd-DTPA行动态增强MRI检查。14只3周龄雄性慕尼黑鼠(Wistar鼠)作为正常肾脏对照组。应用造影剂后分别获取其0~60min肾皮质、髓质和肾盂的数据资料。与MRI仪相连的计算机系统对不同时间记录的肾脏影像进行分析,并计算出肾皮质、髓质和肾盂的相对信号强度(RSI)。绘制出RSI曲线,采用SPSS11.0软件统计分析各组间区别。结果相同剂量Gd-DTPA动态增强MRI检查不同鼠肾脏RSI,BB鼠肾脏RSI曲线有显著性差异(P<0.05)。使用低剂量和高剂量Gd-DTPA动态增强MRI检查相同幼鼠肾脏的RSI曲线与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论低剂量和高剂量Gd-DTPA动态增强MRI均可用于评估肾脏浓缩稀释功能,但考虑到高剂量Gd-DTPA可能产生毒性,临床上建议采用低剂量Gd-DTPA动态增强MRI检测肾脏功能。ObjectiveTo explore the renal functions of vasopressin-deficient Brattleboro(BB) rats by using different concentrated Gadolinium-diethylenetetramine pentaacetic acid(Gd-DTPA) dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).MethodsThe study included 14 BB rats(male rats of 3 month-old) and 14 normal male Wistar rats used as control group.Dynamic MRI was performed by using either a low dosage(0.05 mmol/kg) or a high dosage of Gd-DTPA(0.5 mmol/kg).Data of 0-60 min renal cortex,medulla and pelvic were obtained after using contrast medium.MRI of kidneys at different time was analyzed and the mean relative signal intensity(RSI) was measured.Then the RSI curves of different groups were marked.Data of each group were caculated separately by SPSS 11.0 software.ResultsThe findings demonstrated that RSI curves of the vasopressin-deficient kidneys showed different patterns as compared with those of the control group(P〈0.05).The RSI curves by using different concentration of Gd-DTPA enhanced dynamic MRI were different(P〈0.05).ConclusionsBoth low and high concentration of Gd-DTPA enhanced dynamic MRI can be used to evaluate vasopressin-deficient renal functions.Low dosage of Gd-DTPA enhanced dynamic MRI is recommended to evaluate the renal functions since high dosage of Gd-DTPA might cause toxicity.
