摘　　要：在湖南省工业用地现状与增长趋势预测分析的基础上,探讨湖南省工业用地存在的主要问题。文章提出应建立城镇低效工业用地使用权流转置换制度,向土地经济效益较低的丘陵岗地争取工业用地发展空间,引导工业用地向丘陵岗地拓展,促使工业用地不断提高其土地利用的集约化水平和效益,是有效缓解湖南省工业用地增长压力的重要途径。On the basis of analysis and forecast on present situation and growth tendency, this article discusses the main questions of industrial land-use in Hunan province. The anther thinks that, establishing the transfer-replace systems of low-efficiency industrial land-use rights, striving for the industrial land-use development space to the knoll-hillock of low economic efficiency, guiding the development of industrial land-use to the knoll- hillock, urging to enhance its intensified level ＇and the benefit of land utilization of industrial land-use, is the important ways to effectively alleviate the growth pressure of industrial land-use in Hunan province.
