广州市高考学生体检结果与健康促进对策

摘　　要：目的了解高考学生的健康状况和限考原因,探讨加强学生卫生保健与健康促进工作的有效对策。方法对2003-2008年广州市11 212名高考学生体检结果进行统计分析。结果高考学生体检完全合格率为13.37%,专业受限的总限考率为86.32%,不合格率为0.31%;限考原因主要为视力不良、HBsAg阳性等;重点中学与普通中学高考学生视力不良总限考率分别为89.98%和73.70%。结论应采取相应的健康促进对策,对重点中学学生的视力不良状况应给予足够重视和积极预防。Objective To investigate the health condition and reasons for specialty limitation of senior high school students, and to explore the effective strategies for health care and health improvement. Methods Health data of 11 212 graduates, from 2003 to 2008 in Guangzhou, were collected and statistically analyzed. Results The total health eligibility rate was 13.37%. Students with health confinement reasons included impaired eyesight, HBV carrier and so on. Impaired eyesight rate in famous and common senior high school was 89.98% and 73.70%. Conclusion Health improvement program should be carried out to enhance the graduates＇ eyesight.
