河北省农区草业产业化现状及对策研究

摘　　要：随着畜牧业的发展和农业结构调整的推进,优质饲草的短缺日益成为河北省畜牧业发展的瓶颈。分析了河北省草业产业化发展进程中存在的主要问题及草业产业化经营中的组织运行模式,提出了河北省饲草产业化发展的对策,即制定饲草产业的发展规划,对饲草产业进行科学合理布局;加快发展草业合作经济组织,不断完善产业化经营机制;强化科技示范推广,增加草业科技含量,实施标准化生产,提高草业生产能力;革新畜牧养殖传统经营方式,积极开拓国内外市场,建立和完善市场流通体系;着力培养草业企业家,积极扶持龙头企业;制定和实施优惠政策,扶持和促进饲草产业的发展。With the development of animal husbandry and the adjustment of agriculture structure, the lack of high quality forage grass was becoming the bottleneck of animal industry development in Hebei increasingly. The main problems in the development process of pasture industrialization and the operation frame of organization of the management in Hebei Province were put forward. The countermeasures were suggested, including making development planning of forage grass industry, scientifically and reasonably distributing the forage grass industry, accelerating the development of cooperative economic organization of grassland industry, constantly perfecting the industrialized mechanism of management, strengthening the demonstration and extension of science and technology, increasing the scientific and technological content of grassland industry, implementing the standardization production, improving the production capacity of grassland industry, innovating the traditional management mode of animal farming, actively exploiting the domestic and international market, establishing and perfecting the market circulation system, focusing on the cultivation of entrepreneurs of grassland industry, actively supporting the leading enterprises, making and implementing the preferential policy, and supporting and promoting the development of forage grass industry.
