摘　　要：通过对卷取炉偏导辊局部断口的宏观和微观分析,认为偏导辊材质上的各种问题是导致断裂的原因。With macroscopy, microscopy the fracture surface of the prejudiced guide roller in coiling furnace is analyzed. It is suggest that various disfigurations on the roller result in fracture.
