摘　　要：地下水健康预警诊断是地下水环境健康评价的核心,首先需要建立地下水环境健康预警诊断系统。本文根据建立的地下水环境健康预警系统,利用10年地下水环境健康综合指数的状态预报未来13年的地下水环境健康综合指标,根据预警系统的预警结果对黄河下游河南段现状年地下水环境健康进行诊断分析。The groundwater environment health is the core of the health evaluation,and the evaluation firstly needs establishment of the predictive diagnosis system.The paper builds a system and uses the comprehensive index of the groundwater environment health by 10 years data to forecast the index of the coming 13 years,and analyzes the present situation of the groundwater environment health of Henan section of the lower yellow river.
