摘  要:采用APDC-DDTC/CCl4体系石墨炉原子吸收光谱法在最佳条件下测定海水中痕量铜(Cu),与标准方法有良好的相关性(R=0.9980)。统计检验表明,置信度为95%时,两种方法之间没有显著性差异。该法RSD=1.7%(略优于标准方法),且操作简便,用于海水中Cu的分析,结果令人满意。Trace copper in seawater was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry using APDC-DDT/CCI4 system. Under the optimum conditions, the results of this method were in good agreement with those of standard method ( R =0. 9980). Statistical tests demonstrated that when the confidential level was 95%, there was no significant difference between two methods. The RSD was 1.7% (better than standard method). The method is simple, and the results are satisfactory .
