摘　　要：本文是根据电压／频率（Ｖ／Ｆ）转换及频率／电压（Ｆ／Ｖ）转换原理，采用ＰＩＮ－ＦＥＴ混合集成光电接收器及相应模拟集成电路，完成了满量程达到１００ｋＨｚ，传输失真度＜０．１％的模拟光纤传输线的研制。The voltage frequency converters are ideally suited for use in simple lowcost circuits for analog to digital conversion.We completed the analog optical fiber tansmission line\ experiment using the PIN FET integrated optical clectronics receiver and analog integrated circuit,and achiecved 100 kHz frequency convertion and excellent accuracy as 0.1%.
