摘 要:本文采用UG造型软件对球形止回阀流道进行造型,再用Fluent软件对阀体内部流动进行数值模拟。经过对其压力和速度分布情况进行全面分析后,对其内部流道进行优化设计。结果表明,球形止回阀大大减少了阀体的水力损失,降低了在关阀过程中所产生的水击波,提高了止回阀的可靠性。The following passage of the spherical check valve are sculpted in the paper with the UG software for sculpting, then the inter flow of the valve is simulated with the Fluent software. After completely analyzing of pressure and velocity, its inner flow passage is designed as optimal as possible. In the result, the hydraulic loss is reduced a great in the valve, it can also reduce the water-hammer wave that generates in the procedure of valve closed, so the reliability of check valve is improved greatly.
