摘　　要：通过对河北省足球后备人才的培养形式、运动员、教练员、硬件情况、训练与比赛等现状的分析,探讨河北省足球后备人才培养中存在的问题和不足,并提出相应的对策,为河北足球的可持续性发展提供理论支持。This paper analyzed the training mode of soccer reserve talents, athletes, coaches, hardware conditions, training and competition in Hebei province, explored the existent problems and gave countermeasures for existent problems, with the aim to offer reference for the soccer development in Hebei.
