摘　　要：通过分析文献,创造性地提出:体育法学教育先源于研究生教育,目前存在三种类型的体育法学教育;伦理教育与技能教育的统一是体育法学教育定位,而案例教学和实践教学是其重要形式。在体育法学教育过程中,应该重视人文价值。Through literature review, this thesis puts the views with creativity： sport law science education is stemmed from postgraduate education, there are three types of sport law science education; to unile the ethics education and skill education is the orientation of sport law science education; case teaching and practice teaching are its important forms. Humane values should be paid attention to in the course of sport law science education.
