摘  要:为了改善不锈钢表面的耐污染性,以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为前驱体,盐酸为催化剂,采用溶胶凝胶工艺,通过引入十三氟辛基乙基三甲氧基硅烷(FAS)降低薄膜表面自由能,制备出具有耐指纹性能的复合薄膜.并研究溶液配方、薄膜层数以及热处理工艺对薄膜性能的影响.薄膜的表面粗糙度随无机膜层数的变化而先减小后增大,对薄膜的接触角有一定影响.制备出薄膜疏水角119.6°,疏油角76.2°,与衬底附着力为1级,可见光透过率90%以上.耐指纹测试色差值小于1.薄膜具有良好的耐指纹性能.In order to improve the performance of pollution-resistant of stainless steel surface, using tetraethoxylsilane as precursor,hydrochloric acid as catalyst, fingerprint resistant FAS/SiO2 Composite Films was prepared by sol-gel process with fluoroalkylsilane (FAS) to reduce surface free energy. The performance of film with solution prescription, layers of film, and heat treatment technics are investigated. The contact angles is affected by surface roughness which changes with mineral film. The extreme value of contact angle of water film or oil films is 119.6°or 76.2°respectively. The adhesion is grade 1 and the average transmittance of the film is excess 90%. The chromatism is less than 1 in the testing of fingerprinee resistantce. The film is good at fingerprint resistantce.
