摘 要:目前我国装载机产品仍处于传统的液压控制、手动换挡等较低技术水平上,为了提高装载机的作业效率,降低油耗,减轻驾驶员的劳动强度,增强国际竞争力,根据装载机的工作特点、操作方式以及控制系统的总体要求,对装载机的自动化和智能化控制技术进行了研究,设计开发了一种基于CAN总线的装载机智能控制系统。该系统实现了装载机传动系统的自动变速控制、工作装置动臂的自动定位控制以及铲斗的自动复位控制,实现了整机运行状态参数的实时监控和故障报警功能。目前,该系统已经成功地应用于鼎盛天工的节能型装载机,表现出了良好的工作稳定性和可靠性。Most loaders from domestic manufacturers are still in a relatively low technical level,such as traditional hydraulic control and manual gear shifting.With the purposes to increase loader productivity,decrease fuel consumption and reduce operator work strength to enhance international competitiveness,automatic and intelligent control technologies for loaders are researched according to overall requirements of work features,operation modes and control systems of a loader.A CAN-bus based intelligent control system is designed and developed.With the system,automation speed adjustment of transmission system,kickdown and kickout controls for loader attachment and bucket as well as real time monitoring for basic machine work conditions and failure alarm are realized.Currently,the system has been equipped on energy-saving loader from Dingsheng-Tiangong and satisfactory stability and reliability are demonstrated.
