摘  要:为探讨向日葵菌核菌生长和毒素产生的营养和环境条件,研究了在不同培养液、培养时间、培养温度、pH值、碳源、氮源条件下菌核菌生长和毒素的产生情况。结果表明,向日葵菌核菌菌丝生长和产生毒素所需的营养和环境条件不同。有利于菌丝生长的最佳培养液有PD、马铃薯麦芽糖培养液和Richard,最适生长温度为20℃,最适pH为4.0—8.0,最佳碳源为淀粉,最佳氮源为NH4Cl。含有琥珀酸钠的培养液B最有利于菌核菌产生草酸毒素,草酸毒素积累的最适温度为25℃,最适pH为6.0~7.0,最佳碳源为乳糖,最佳氮源有天门冬酰胺和谷氨酸。菌核菌在最佳培养条件下培养10d后菌丝干重和草酸含量都达到最大值。The nutritional and environmental factors affecting mycelia growth and oxalic acid accumulation by Sclerotinia sclerotiorum in sunflower at different liquid medium, culture time, culture temperature, pH value, carbon and nitrogen source were studied. The results showed that for mycelia growth the optimum liquid medium were PD, potato and maltose medium and Richard, the optimum temperature was 20℃, the optimum pH value was 4.0 - 8.0, the best carbon source was amylum and the best nitrogen source was NH4Cl. For the oxalic acid production the optimum medium was medium B with sodium sueeinate, the optimum temperature was 25 ℃, the optimum pH value was 6.0, the best carbon source was latose, the best nitrogen source was asparagin, glutamic acid. Mycelia growth and oxalic acid accumulation reached maximum value after being cultured for 10 days.
