摘 要:在成都根肿病重发病区,对四川主栽的38个油菜品种和8个德国新引进的油菜品种进行了根肿病抗性研究。结果表明,供试的46个油菜品种可分为4个类群,其中54.4%的油菜品种为感病品种,四川主栽油菜品种中无抗根肿病品种,德国油菜L isek和Oase病情指数均小于30,为高抗品种,可作为育种材料加以应用。The Resistance of forty - six oilseed varieties, collected from Sichuan and Germany, to club root disease (Plasmodiophora brassicae) was evaluated under field conditions in 2006. According to the disease severity,46 oilseed varieties were divided into four resistance types, i. e. highly resistant, low resistant, susceptible, and highly susceptible. Among the tested varieties,54.4 percent were susceptible to P. brassicae. No highly resistant varieties were found from Sichuan collection. In contrast the varieties Lisek and Oase, collected from Germany,with a low incidence index, were highly resistant type and could be introduced and used for further study on resistant breeding.
