摘  要:为发展高功率脉冲电源的工业应用而提高其重复工作频率并实现紧凑一体化,设计了一种基于等离子体断路开关(POS)的功率脉冲电源。该电源采用LCC谐振的有源充电器,以产生初级脉冲的Marx发生器为其负载,另外它还可作为等离子体枪的激励脉冲电源和POS的外加磁场激励电源。充电器的设计能满足上述负载在一定重复频率下的充电工作要求,从POS等离子体的注入到外磁场激励,再到Marx发生器和POS的工作,都通过电源电路及参数设计和时序脉冲触发控制而有序地进行。在介绍了轴向和角向两种外加磁场的同轴POS结构、触发控制同轴等离子体枪结构、脉冲发生主电路及其等效电路模型和触发控制脉冲时序后,仿真实验了设计参数的电路。结果表明该电源可以在紧凑一体化的设计原则之下实现Marx发生器初级脉冲的产生,再通过POS断路进一步压缩输出,从而得到较高的脉冲电压放大倍数。电源设计方法和仿真结果将可用于进一步发展面向新兴工业应用的重复频率功率脉冲电源。To develop an industrialized pulsed power supply and increase repetitive frequency of integrative device, a compact pulsed power supply with plasma opening switch was designed. The pulsed power supply uses LCC resonant inverter to be an active charger, and the load of this charger consists of a Marx generator and capacitors that provide driving energy for plasma guns and added magnetic field eoils for POS. Through designing charging circuit and adjusting its parameters, the pulsed power supply can be operated under a higher repetitive frequency by the logical time schedule controlling. The structures of coaxial POS with added axis/angle magnetic field and commandtriggered plasma gun were also analyzed. By designing circuit parameters, the simulation indicates that the pulsed power supply can generate and compress primary pulse and realize a considerable voltage gain coefficient with compact and integrative design principle. The design method of the power supply and the result of simulation analysis can be used to develop repetitive pulsed power supply for applications of rising industry.
