摘 要:为了保护国家重大科学工程超导托卡马克聚变实验装置(EAST)的中性束注入器在高压打火故障时免受损坏,设计了一种简单可靠的缓冲器(snubber),它是一种不需要偏置电源电路的无源保护单元,而且采用空心变压器以避免铁心缓冲器带来的饱和限制,使设计简化。设计时首先分析放电回路并利用状态方程求解其等效电路。再根据已知的EAST中性束注入(NBI)电源的系统参数分析L、R、C对解的影响从而确定snubber优化的模型参数。通过放电回路的PSPICE建模仿真放电过程的结果与上面计算结果一致。设计的snubber经L、R和C的合理匹配满足了不同的传输线长度和不同杂散电容的NBI电源系统,具有工程应用价值。A simple and reliable snubber was designed which was used for protecting the neutral beam injector of EAST when high voltage breakdown occurred. This snubber is a passive protecting element as it does not need any biasing power supply circuits. In order tO prevent core saturation, a air core transformer was used. After analysis of the discharge circuit, the equivalent circuit was given,and then to solve this problem, the state equations were estab lished. Based on the NBI power supply system data, the functional relationship between the fault current and the arguments L, R and C was set up. According to the design specifications of the fault current, optimized snubber model parameters L, R and C were finally decided. Subsequently, the model of the discharge circuit was established by Pspice to simulate the process of the discharge. It is revealed that the simulation results are in good coincidence with the analytical ones. It is possible to match the elements L, R and C to differ the cable length and stray capacitance, so the method to design the snubber is valuable for engineering application.
