摘　　要：本文论述了组建地方战时联合中心医院的基本概念、目的意义、组建方法、对象的基本模式。研究分析了组建地方战时联合中心医院基本原则是不影响抽组医院正常运转、不增加医院编制、平战结合、服役等级、数量规模符合实际的原则。The article discussed the basic conception,objective,methods and target of the construction of local combined center hospital in wartime.The basic principle was to not influent the normal operation of the sampled hospital,not increase the authorized size of the hospital,realized the combination of peacetime and wartime,accord with the reality in enlistment level and quantity scale.
