摘　　要：本文介绍了某海上医疗队在地震灾区执行医疗救援的管理实践。得益于多年军事斗争训练准备,该医疗队在执行抗震救灾任务中,正确理解上级指示,科学管理队伍,适应灾区实际,始终掌握救灾工作主动。作者从救灾实践中体会到,训练和管理水平是卫勤分队胜任多样化任务的关键。A marine medical team was organized to accomplish earthquake rescue in Sichuan province where a heavy earthquake had taken place on May 12,2008.Based on the retrospective views of rescue experiences as manage the unit scientifically and master the initiative of the work,the author proposed that training and management would play the key role for the service unit to finish the multiple demands of military.
