摘  要:针对某动车组机车牵引电机通风机风道布风要求,利用Fluent软件,,对通风道进行CFD数值仿真及优化分析。在满足机车复杂空间要求的前提下,确保风道3个出风口冷却风流量均匀,风阻小,并优化设计风道结构、内导流板和隔板布置。The CFD numerial simulation and optimization of air passage in locomotive traction motor blower for locomotive of some train-sets were conducted with software Fluent according to the requirements of its distributing wind. The optimum design of the air duct structure, internal baffle and separator positions was conducted under the demand of complicated space of locomotive to ensure uniform flow distribution and lower air resistance of three air outlets. The analysis shows that the flow rate and pressure distribution of the original three air outlets were uneven, especially for passage #1. The changes of the flow area of this passage is unreasonable along the way, its equivalent expansion angle was up to 45°, which made the flow diffused excessively, and the corner of the passage seriously blocked. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the structure of the passage #1 and to reduce the equivalent expansion angle.
