摘 要:基于活塞环表面激光微造型的实际形貌,建立活塞环表面具有规则微观抛物面凹腔结构的润滑理论模型,采用变异多重网格法对理论模型进行数值求解,获取表面微观形貌几何参数对润滑性能的影响规律。结果表明:通过在活塞环表面造型,会产生明显的流体动压力。微观凹腔的面积占有率Sp对膜厚及无量纲平均摩擦力的影响不明显,当Sp从5%变化到60%时,无量纲平均摩擦力改变了18.6%。相反,微观凹腔的深度危,影响显著,存在的最佳深度为2~7μm,当hp〉8μm时,无量纲平均摩擦力增大,膜厚变薄,且一个周期内的膜厚曲线变化不规则。Based on the real structure of the LST Piston ring, a lubrication model was developed for the piston ring with regular microstructure in the form of paraboloid profile dimples. The influence of surface micro-geometry shape parameters on piston ring lubrication performance was obtained by solving the dimensionless Reynolds equation with modified multi-grid method. The results show that piston ring through LST can efficiently produce hydrodynamic pressure. Meanwhile, it was also found that the area density of the micro-pores, Sp, has little effect on the minimum film thickness and dimensionless average friction force since S, varying from 5% to 60% corresponds to 18.6% variation in the dimensionless average friction force: The depth of the pores has great influence on the lubrication performance. The optimized pore depth was about 2-7 μm. when hp 〉 8 μm, the dimensionless average friction force increases largely, and the minimal film thickness decreases obviously and film thickness curve varies irregular within one cycle.
